No lock-in contracts here! Our invoice for Website Care Plans are sent out at the beginning of the quarter. If you do not wish to continue, all you need to do is let us know prior to commencement of the upcoming quarter.

If there is something specific that you require, please contact us so that we can work with you to find a suitable maintenance solution.

Most e-commerce websites will be able to use our Website Care Plan service. However, since e-commerce websites are a little more complex, we will consult with you first to ensure our Website Care Plan covers everything your online store needs.

Due to the ever-changing nature of the online space, issues do happen. Even the most carefully managed website can still encounter technical difficulties. Rest assured, in the unlikely event that there is a major issue with your website, you will immediately be pushed to the top of our priority list and it will be ‘all hands on deck’ until the issue is resolved.

Our invoices are sent out prior to the commencement of the quarter. For example, for Q1, you will receive your invoice on 10th December. Our invoices have 14-day payment terms.

Our content editing service applies to pages already on your website. Extra fees may apply to create a new page. On-page content editing may include items such as:

  • Text changes
  • Changes to opening hours
  • Swapping of images
  • Updates to timetables or calendars
  • Editing blog content
  • Changes to headings and subheadings

This service does not include any editing that requires additional pages or changes to the overall structure or function of the website.
